Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for Product development &amp; launches under the FMCG portfolio as per the business plan and timelines to deliver the targeted Top line &amp; bottom line - Building a Product Portfolio Strategy - Vendor Development for the relevant portfolio - Launch of products as per the plan - Product commercials and negotiations - Pricing and Promotion planning along with the Category team - Delivering targeted margins for the portfolio - Top line of the Category by city, region and National level - Benchmarking tracking &amp; continuous Quality improvement Product Supply Chain understanding - Stock Management at Vendor's end - Product Supply Chain understanding - Product Lifecycle Management What we require: - Post Graduate/Graduation in Food Technology - Minimum 5-10 years of experience
