Grofers - Manager/Senior Manager - City Business - IIT/IIM/XLRI/Symbiosis

- Develop & maintain knowledge of retail industry relevant to the cities

- Increase sales and revenue for the cities

- Build an assortment of locally relevant products at competitive prices & margins

- Understand customer needs and build growth strategy for customer acquisition & retention

- Develop merchandising, promotion & pricing plans using various channels

- Improve customer service levels along with Operations

- Improving supply chain efficiency by working with brands, vendors and distributors

- Cross functional partnership with Category, Marketing & Operations teams daily

- Prepare & analyse weekly/ monthly reports on city performance

Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience in Business Unit Operations/ Consulting

- B. Tech/MBA from premium institute (IIT/ IIM/ Symbiosis/ XLRI)

- Experience in Managing a P&L/ City business unit is an added advantage

- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

- Proficiency with using SQL/ Python/ R for Analysis is a plus

- The profile requires extensive traveling & requires individual to be comfortable with traveling between Lucknow, Jaipur & Gurgaon every month. Frequent field visits to warehouses, distribution centres, brand/ distributor offices, markets/ mandis, etc
