Grofers - Manager - Category Inventory Planner

To succeed in the role, position holder must possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and will need to encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory, open-to-buy, inventory health, item-level forecasting, assortment planning

- Interact with operations teams and drive efficiencies through team collaboration

- Manage inbound shipments - fill rate, operational issues, lead time

- Achieve and maintain high in fill rates on replenishment programs

- Analyse inventory position and sku's performance to determine inventory liability, determine exit strategy for unproductive inventory

What we Require:

- Excellent analytical, problem solving skills & logical ability

- Candidate to be highly proficient with Excel

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

- Experience in managing a P&L/city/business unit is a big plus
