About Grofers: Having launched in December 2013, Grofers is now the 5th largest organized grocery retailer in India with operations in 16 cities. Grofers became the largest e-grocer in the country with an annualized GMV run-rate of $700mn on the back of its flagship event Grand Orange Bag Days in August 2019. The online grocer also runs the largest grocery membership program in the country called Smart Bachat Club and has over 1.2 million transacting users a month. Objective: The major role is to drive customer centricity across different functions of the organization driven by a data centric approach. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 2-3 analysts and identify voice of customer leveraging structured and unstructured data - Leverage data to form a deeper understanding of customer journeys to enhance in house understanding of the customer base - Identify pain points which contribute to a poor customer experience - Stakeholder Management across different verticals - product, marketing, category, supply chain etc. and facilitate coordination and implementation of plans to improve customer experience - Create strong internal communication channels across functions to drive customer centricity in the organization Skills and abilities required: - Minimum graduation 4+ years of work experience with end to end knowledge of the B2C e-commerce domain - Ability to work independently and communicate with Senior Leadership - A strong mix of analytical and consultative skills - Ability to drive consensus across different stakeholders quickly and implement changes
