Salary offered: 7 - 10 LPA Key Responsibilities: - Create new processes and modify existing processes at the warehouse to smoothen operations - Increase the efficiency and reduce the overall operational cost by initiating relevant projects and rolling them out. - Generate reports to critically analyse the operational efficiency at the warehouses and come up with actionables to improve ground processes - Create layouts for new facilities and plan ground processes before the launch of a new warehouse What we require: Proficiency in Excel - Analytical thinking with proven track record of success in past assignments - Excellent understanding of retail operations, supply chain management and team management - Strong analytic and critical thinking skills - Quick decision making ability, enthusiastic and self-motivated"
