Grofers - Associate Director - Inventory & Purchase Operations Planning (2-5 yrs)
Responsible for the management of following pieces :
1. Storage capacities & Days of inventory planning based on overall business estimates
2. Derivation of business estimates with the help of Category & Business team. For ex - Item level consumption patterns, City wise AoV
3. Operational processes design, testing & deployment. For ex - Ordering processes, Inbound processes etc
4. Product (Technology) enhancements planning
5. Data & Reports management for Inventory & Purchase teams
6. System optimization (Days of inventory, Assortment availability, Excess inventory, GMV loss)
Technical Requirements :
- Proficient in XL and SQL
- Ability to think, approach and solve a problem logically
