Key Responsibilities:
1. P&L Management
- Sales and Margin for the Category. (Top Line and Bottom Line)
- Responsible for Pricing, Promotion for the category
2. Category Insights
- Responsible for Demand Generation for the category on the App
- Plan Short and Long-term roadmap for the category in consultation with key stakeholders
3. Category Marketing
- Lead the sales strategy for the category on the platform
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure visibility for the category/brands
- Gather information on the competitive landscape
What we require:
- Minimum 2-4 Years in leading FMCG/Retail Companies
- FMCG - Assistant Brand Manager/ Key Account Manager handling Modern Trade or E-commerce account
- Retail - Managing FMCG category at ACM/CM level
- Currently managing annual business >= 50 Cr
- Result oriented with a high degree of ownership
- Strong analytical thinking with the proven track record of success in past assignments
- Develop and execute ideas independently
- Proficiency in Excel
- MBA from Premier institutes
