Roles & Responsibilities: - We are looking for a candidate with order management skills who can handle the business processes related to ordering/Procurement for inventory at Grofers. The candidate will be responsible to identify and execute various enhancements to the current processes to ensure optimal practices at functional level. - Improvising on Auto replenish system and building an end to end Order Management system Key Responsibilities - The candidate will report to the Senior Manager-Inventory Planning and will be handling the Order management system of Planning team. Key responsibilities as listed below: - Identification and execution various enhancements in the current ARS (Auto Replenishment System). - Handle OTB (Open to Buy) Creation and adherence to the Buying Plan. - Management of Ad-Hoc PO process, Tracking and performance. - Creating, Implementing sourcing strategies Requirements: Functional Skill Set: - 0-3 years of experience in logistics or similar field.
