We are seeking to hire a dynamic Pricing Strategist for developing and implementing pricing strategies, that are tech-driven and based on consumer psycho graphics, with the primary motive of enhancing business profitability.

You will be responsible for developing pricing structures, identifying customer segments, their associated values and designing promotional offers. Developing and testing pricing models to analyse potential returns and impact on business profitability. You will be directly reporting to the group partners and senior management team. Duties & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing pricing structures, identifying customer segments, their associated values and designing promotional offers. Developing and testing pricing models to analyse potential returns and impact on business profitability. You will be directly reporting to the group partners and senior management team. Your job role and duties will include the following:

- Create value based customer segmentation and track customer engagement to develop effective pricing strategies and promotional offerings

- Apply statistical modelling to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability

- Synthesize external market / competitor pricing trends with internal data, including fixed, variable and marginal costs, and current financial status

- Track operational costs and their impact on business profitability and pricing

- Forecast revenue, profit and market share based on market trends, production costs, profit margins, and sales volumes.

- Developing dynamic pricing tools to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends

- Develop pricing models and strategies for - institutional clients / B2C customers / digital app-based subscribers

- Create promotional offers and initiate pricing actions to enhance profitability

- Ensure integrity and accuracy of pricing recommendations

- Prepare and present pricing analysis recommendations to senior team

Candidate Requirements : 

- Suitable candidates must have an established track record of creatively retrieving, analysing, and presenting complex pricing and demand models. The ideal candidates for this role will be entrepreneurial self-starters who enjoy the challenges and rewards of working in a dynamic and changing environment. You must want to help shape and lead a well supported company whilst participating in one of the region's most exciting project. 


- You should ideally be educated to postgraduate degree standard from a leading university in finance, mathematics, computer science or related subjects and be fluent in English language ability to a professional business standard (speak / read / write). Prospective candidates are expected to have strong IT skills, including proficiency with experience of statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Periscope, D3, etc.)

- Solution driven / agile attitude with out of the box thinking capabilities

- Experience in managing multiple simultaneous demanding deadlines

- Inquisitive, investigative nature

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
