Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Leader or strategy head to drive the growth strategy for our lab science division. This role is critical in identifying new market opportunities, expanding our customer base, and enhancing our service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lab science, business development, and team leadership. We are currently at 1.5million sft of lab space in our portfolio and are looking to double this in one year.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the lab science division, including market analysis, revenue targets, and competitive positioning.
- Market Development: Identify and analyze emerging trends, customer needs, and potential markets to drive business growth.
- Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and research institutions to foster collaboration and increase market presence.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals in sales, marketing, and business development to achieve growth objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track growth initiatives and ensure objectives are met.
- Product Development: Collaborate to identify new product or service opportunities based on market needs.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to the promoters on growth performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the lab science or related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products/services in the laboratory space.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
