- Involved in planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated project to ensure that completion of project is accomplished within prescribed time frame and financial and qualitative parameters.
- Conceptualize project in a most effective manner and ensure its progress as per schedule
- Evolve new techniques to ensure deliverables to the highest standard
- Knowledge of Business Strategy and planning
- Ensures administrative efficiency, proper procedure, implementation of policies
- Overall in-charge for Reviewing, Budgeting, Cost Controls and Approvals.
- Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, financial limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing Manpower requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
- Establishes work plan for each phase of project.
- Responsible for Interacting with Architects, Clients, Vendors, PMC, consultants for execution
- Prepares status reports, schedules and plans as per requirement.
- Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Discusses with team to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
- Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies
- Promote and maintain Health & Safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed
- Optimal use of resources and minimise wastage.

- Critical thinking, conflict resolution and maintaining cordial & healthy operating conditions
- Oversee Quality and Safety aspects.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks
- Numerical and IT skills, including knowledge of relevant building methods and project management software to manage information and finances during the project
- Knowledge of software commonly used in construction field
- Excellent communication skills.
