Business Developer

Sales :

Selling a predefined product and mostly negotiate on price with a customer. This requires forming a sales funnel from prospect/lead to contact to demo to trial to closing and post sales support as well.

- Key to this role is being able to articulate value and align Gridle's with the customer's strategic business goals.

- Resourceful, highly organised and possesses creative troubleshooting skills

- Strong negotiating, presentation and communication skills

- Strong initiative and positive attitude; passionate about customer success

BD :

Find partners and come up with creative solutions to serve ours or their customers better. Preferably theirs. This requires sourcing the deal, prioritising the existing responsibilities on product team and finalising the contract.

- Should be able to figure out warm introductions

- Should be able to deal with decision makers. Intimidating ones as well.

- Should be good at research and preps

Marketing :

- Plan and execute a 6 month rolling Field Marketing plan. Oversee all aspects of planning for all campaigns and events, from concept and planning, through execution, and follow-up. Work with team for content to support including website, landing pages, blog, social media, email campaigns, etc

- Create compelling content

- Ensure successful lead capture

- Manage budgeting and handle reporting of costs and results for each campaign

- Plan and ensure successful execution of campaign follow-up
