Job Description:

Pre-Sales Consultant - Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Job Scope:

- Responsible for end to end pre-sales activity for a customer

- Support sales team on RFP/RFI responses, customer presentation, conduct customer specific personalized demos and deliver high impact POCs

- Participate in client interactions during the deal process to better understand the context and design client specific RPA solutions

- Create, update and maintain RPA use case repository

- Attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a technical expert

- Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals

- Work closely and collaboratively with customers to design high ROI solutions

- Working closely with customers to understand and capture business requirements

- Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.

- Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.

Requirements:

- Graduates in Computer Science with knowledge of basic programming - minimum experience in programming of at least 2 years .NET (C#, C++ or VB), Java

- Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in the software industry

- Previous pre-sales experience is a plus

- Available to travel up to 50% of the time

- Business process minded with good presentation and communication skills

- An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff (end users/process teams) in a way that is easy to understand

- Excellent communication skills with the expert level use of MS-Office

- Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, OpenSpan is a big plus
