Job Description

This job role will be an exciting opportunity for ambitious sales people. You would be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals. You would be required to build direct relationships with end-user organizations and will work closely with and leverage our pre sales team to maximize the revenue opportunities within your sales territory.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is success driven; fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.

Education and Experience :

- Regular MBA in Marketing & Sales

- 10-12 years of relevant experience in IT (software) sales.

- Relevant experience in any verticals like BFSI, Telco & Shared Services is a must.

- Experience in SAP, Oracle, IBM, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath or any other automation tool is a must.

- Experience in presales is desirable.

- General knowledge of Robotic Process Automation.

- Consistent achievement of sales quotas

- Consistent achievement of forecasted revenue targets. (i.e. achieving consistent forecast accuracy)

Accountability :

- Execute on Lead Generation & Sales activities with partners and GIC team

- Penetration of focus Accounts and grow the territory

Interface/Communication :

- Excellent verbal/written skills

- Interface with customers to present GIC value proposition to a variety of audiences: IT director and executive level

- Organize and lead the coordination with partners to facilitate sales

- Coordinates activities with GIC management and pre-sales team regularly

- Uses CRM and/or other tools to facilitate multiple aspects of the sales cycle

Influence/Impact :

- Increase coverage of focus segments in the respective region

- Increase GIC brand/Market Share - Increase mind share of GIC and Vision within partner community

- Increase new logos for GIC

- Develop accounts that will bring incremental revenue for GIC today and in the future

Problem Solving :

- Independently develop decisions within defined processes, practices and GIC policies

- Works independently & proactively to avoid & resolve issues

Overall Responsibilities :

- Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying solution knowledge to meet those needs

- Identifying and developing new business through networking, courtesy and follow-up calls.

- Preparing and delivering customer presentations and articulately and confidently

- Marketing and promoting GIC Solutions by developing and regularly enhancing sales literature and through attending industry events

- Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology

- Meeting sales targets and contributing to team targets

- Networking with partners & existing customers in order to maintain links and promote new opportunities

- Responding to tender, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature
