- Develop strategic relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and procurement teams.
- Strengthen presence in corporate hospitals, government accounts, and chains.
5. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and clinical teams.
- Drive performance through structured reviews, coaching, and capability building.

8. Clinical & Technical Enablement
- Work closely with clinical specialists for demos, evaluations, and training.
- Ensure structured in-servicing and post-sales support for key customers.
