1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

- Achieve sales targets as per business plan.

- Design and execute regional Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for sustained growth.

- Build a strong sales pipeline, ensure high conversion, and drive forecast accuracy.

2. Marketing Strategy & Brand Building

- Own execution of national marketing strategy.

- Drive awareness and adoption for new product categories.

3. Product Launch Ownership

- Lead end-to-end regional execution of new product launches.

- Drive pre-launch awareness, demand generation, and training.

- Ensure rapid product adoption and post-launch performance tracking.

4. Key Account & Hospital Management

- Develop strategic relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and procurement teams.

- Strengthen presence in corporate hospitals, government accounts, and chains.

5. Team Leadership & Capability Building

- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and clinical teams.

- Drive performance through structured reviews, coaching, and capability building.

- Build strong sales discipline, CRM usage, and KPI-driven execution.

6. Channel & Distributor Management

- Build and optimize distributor networks for reach, profitability, and compliance.

- Monitor distributor performance, inventory, credit, and collections.

- Resolve channel conflicts and ensure seamless market execution.

7. Market Intelligence & Business Development

- Generate market insights on customer needs, competitive products, and pricing.

- Identify white spaces, new territories, and strategic growth opportunities.

- Support management with data-driven expansion plans.

8. Clinical & Technical Enablement

- Work closely with clinical specialists for demos, evaluations, and training.

- Ensure structured in-servicing and post-sales support for key customers.

9. Governance, Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical marketing practices.

- Ensure smooth audits and compliance adherence.
