- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting Assistant Manager to oversee and manage our financial processes and accounting team.

- The Accounting Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in general accounting and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- General Accounting (RTR): Maintain Accurate accounting books.
- Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor large accounting team (Approx 60 associates), fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
Education and Certification: Bachelor's/PG degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant Manager or in a similar role.
Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Industry Knowledge: Property accounting experience is preferred.
