Full-Time Job Description We are looking for a visionary and innovative leader to build/transform/sustain Grey Orange's manufacturing/ fulfillment capabilities for multiple product variants. As SM GFC Operations, you will be driving continuous improvement in the way we build innovative products for our customers. You will be responsible for leading the Global Fulfillment Centre through proven rich experience in driving best in class manufacturing practices, New Product Introductions, Change management practices and implementation of global quality standards Responsibilities: - Demonstrate execution ownership in driving fulfillment of multiple business orders in a dynamic product manufacturing environment, taking into consideration Product Quality, fulfillment Costs, and timelines - Drive cross-functional engagement with engineering and product teams to continuously improve the product manufacturability and functionality through pragmatic feedbacks at all stages of product development - Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members (at various levels) to their optimum performance levels - Develop best practices & standardization in systems built for automation and robotics - Be an inspirational colleague for CTO, VP Operations, VP Products, Supply Chain and Project teams - Executive presence to contribute to C-level discussions and decisions Requirements: - 10+ years of relevant experience with proven excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment, New Product Introductions, engineering process handover, Budgeting, Change Management, People Management, stakeholder management etc. - Proven experience in successfully running and scaling up manufacturing plant setups - Fair degree of comfort in working with warehouse management solutions eg: SAP WMS - Engineering (mandatory) & MBA (preferred) from a Premier Institute - Prior experience in implementing sustainable change management practices - Strong business/financial acumen, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills - Excellent Problem-Solving Skills to be able to quickly ascertain complex situations and be decisive
