Lead Digital Marketing will report directly to the Founder of the company and manage the team and efforts responsible for planning, implementation, and execution of all the digital and offline customer acquisition, retention, brand building initiatives. As the lead Digital Marketing you will focus on directly creating marketing programs that are ROI drove, measurable, high impact, and viral in nature for a hyper-growth company. We are looking to team up with someone who is a passionate, high-energy person, a go-getter, and obsessive about data and metrics. - Proven expertise in B2C marketing space for Global Brands - The candidate should be an enthusiastic, experienced, metrics-oriented marketer who enjoys challenges and pushing his/her limits - Ability to collaborate across departments - Result oriented and ready to take ownership What your role will involve: - Team leadership and people management - Lead and inspire a successful, motivated marketing team supported by the rest of the business. - Ensure healthy Top of the Funnel, Mid of the Funnel and Bottom of the Funnel using organic and paid media - Brand & Product Marketing using Content - Contribute to the definition of the marketing strategy with ownership of brand and content strategy. - Oversee the development of content to ensure the generation of leads and opportunities in partnership with the sales team to achieve company objectives - Drive Marketing Technology Stack (On Website and in-product) - Manage administrative and development aspects of integrations between products to drive marketing automation across business systems (CRM, Invoicing tools, Main Product, CleverTap, Mixpanel, Drip Email, Heatmaps) - If you- re passionate about creating innovative, delightful, and life-changing products and experiences for the learner, we- d love to hear from you. - You will be working Full-time at our Mumbai Headquarters with exceptional people across multiple disciplines.
