Job Description :
We are looking for professionals with at least 5 years of experience in placements / recruitments and with good connects in the HR / talent acquisition industry.

Job requirements:
- Must be well-networked in the HR community, have experience working with senior professionals with a track record of closing deals.
- Experience in converting new clientele/accounts through structured market research & outreach.
- Understand the talent requirements of different corporates / organizations and evaluate their suitability to the company
- Identify and visit companies/ organizations for potential placement opportunities
Preferred background:
- Graduation (MBA preferred )
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the organization
- Excellent presentation skills
