Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Create daily reports of move-ins and move-outs 2. Manage the team of Move-in and Move-out associates dedicated to this vertical 3. Customer retention 4. Management of the database to keep it up to date 5. Prepare monthly revenue report and assign associates to take up rent-control calls 6. Ensure follow-ups on rent control, move-ins and move-out through calendar management 7. Keep check of all sources through which a complaint can be raised (including App, Website, Social media portals, calls etc.) and maintain outstanding first response time and ticket resolution time 8. Escalation calls and resolution 9. Submit weekly reports to top management of move-ins, move-outs, rent collection and red-flag tickets (Not resolved within 48 hours) 10. Evaluate and analyse the quality of calls, the regularity of follow-ups and timeliness of reports processed by associates to appraise their performance accordingly
