Grexter - Senior Manager - Corporate Strategy - Founder's Office

About the Role

Grexter is scaling its existing business and launching new verticals. The Founder's Office Incumbent will lead strategic initiatives alongside the founders. These initiatives need to be built as self-sustaining operations, and this role can eventually transition to lead those. This person will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. They will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Preparing reports, presentations to effectively communicate company performance and strategy to various stakeholders

- Direct business planning efforts across all lines of business and functional areas.

- Drive strategic initiatives for the organization in line with the gaps identified through strong MIS & governance.

- Collaborate with functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change.

- Work on to build effectiveness and efficiency within the organization.

- Providing all necessary support for seamless execution of projects in their scale up journey.

About You:

- You must be from a Top Tier College

- 6+ years of significant experience in strategy and handling successful key projects with a volume.

- Preferably someone who has been in a consulting role with TOP management consulting organizations

- experience of working in a start up is a plus

- If you have been a part of the CEOs office and have experience in business strategy and project management, that's a plus

- Preferably someone with consultant/Analyst background in top tier IB/PE/VC/Consulting firms
