Responsibilities: - Creation and implementation of SOPs related to all possible domains of property operations - Up-scaling of the services through supervision to ensure preventive maintenance, prompt and immediate rectification and resolution of concerns - Create a team of motivated and skilled individuals and thus help them grow through inspirational leadership skills - Build and manage the team of technicians and customer support staff. - Ensure constant communication and feedback with the customers through building reviews and ratings. Make sure the ratings are on a continuous upward curve - Be on top of the trends of a co-living market and keep updating process to stay in line with or ahead of those trends - Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reportees as and when required either formally or informally. - Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organisation.
