Grexter - Manager - Finance - CA (2-5 yrs)
We at Grexter take pride in our financial planning that has earned us profits all along. We are looking for a financial expert to join our team. We are looking for an excellent leader and efficient Finance Manager interested in working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing MIS and P&L reports (Analysis for different clusters and geographies)
- Budgeting with the help of P&L Heads and tracking of P&L
- Setup and Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Ensuring statutory and mandatory compliances
- Conducting regular audits for various clusters and verticals to ensure minimum leakages
- Creating and implementing SOPs/DOA for accounts related functions like Accounts Receivable, Rent Collection, Vendor Payments etc.
- Analyse and keep track of overall performance and come up with cost control and revenue enhancement measures
Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Experience as Finance Manager/ Assistant Manager or other relevant experience
- Early stage start-up experience with Hospitality/Co-living/Co-working/Retail companies is a plus
- Highly motivated and can function independently as well as within a team
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
