About the Role:
This isn't a traditional job. It is a miniature version of every task that the Founders of the company perform (Legally or de facto) in Grexter. The ideal candidate would be responsible for end-to-end strategizing, modelling and setting the processes to optimize Profits, build the Culture and be on top of everything in his/her designated business unit.
Responsibilities:
- Become the CEO of your space/hub, taking full responsibility of the P&L/ budgeting/ Tracking/ Variance Analysis
- BTL/ ATL and B2B activities to make sure that there is awareness of our spaces among the relevant audience
- Planning and implementing Cost-control measures
- Strategizing Revenue enhancement, Asset monetization and measures to introduce Value-added services
- Planning and organizing regular activities and events to build and engage the community
- Regular audits to ensure Quality and Process excellence
- Property maintenance and revamping of tracking measures
- Relationship management with Tenants and Owner
- Communication Management with Tenant and Owner
- Coming up with Pricing, Market activation, taking full handover from the owner, tech activation and hiring of crew members while onboarding a new property
Capabilities :
- 2+ years of experience
- Proven work experience in handling operations for a Hospitality/Rental Housing company/ Service Apartments/ Co-working Spaces
- Belonging to Tier I/ Tier II educational Institutes would be a plus
- Proven ability to manage a team
- Strong network in the hospitality sector
- Ability to work under stressful situations
