Greenstone Energy Advisors - Investment Banking Analyst

Key Responsibilities:-

As an active team member, analysts are key members of deal teams that orchestrate capital raising and strategic advisory transactions. Key responsibilities include:

- Perform comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research and comparable company analyses

- Develop and maintain financial models for a company or set of companies

- Support various financial analyses, including valuations

- Prepare presentations and other materials for client pitch books

- Prepare marketing materials for various transactions

- Work on various internal analysis and adhoc client requests

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

Candidates in this role to be Chartered Accountant, Post Graduate (MBA's / Masters) degree in Finance or Business Administration from reputed institutions

Experience:

1 - 3 years of relevant experience

Essential Skills / Aptitude:

Candidates must demonstrate a combination of academic aptitude, quantitative / technical skills, strategic and creative thinking, and distinguished written and oral communications skills.
