Roles and Responsibilities :

- Onboard Franchisees as per Annual Business Plan & on selected routes

- Channel Management - Agent Network creation, management, distribution, sales, engagement as per Business Plan

- Ensure bus operator adheres to the set KPI standards from launch date

- Assist in creation, implementation & automation of business process for franchisee & agents

- Hiring, Training, Coaching, mentoring, employer branding

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 10 years+ relevant experience in Transport industry .

- Prior experience in handling diversified team.

- Demonstrates ownership in delivering results with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
