Project Manager - Financial Services - Farmer Credit

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Creating new Lending products to meet the financial requirement of the Farmers via Dehaat Ecosystem

- Responsible for creating the Credit underwriting Model for Farmer Credit Products

- Responsible for implementing the Sales and Distribution strategy for Farmer Credit Products

- Manage and formalize the processes wing -2-wing operationally

- Ensure smooth functioning of processes between all stakeholders

- Own the SLAs of the processes set for Farmer Financing

- Drive the lending team to achieve monthly lending targets

- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and to perform under pressure

- Stakeholder Management

a) Engaging with different stakeholders partners, vendors, local and central cross-functional teams to deliver the best output

b) Should have excellent communication and leadership skills to work in a dynamic environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

- 2-7 years of work experience in Rural financing industry dealing with Farmer Credit Products

- Past experience in Credit Underwriting of Farmer Loans Secured and Unsecured both.

- MBA from Tier 1 B School is preferred

- Strong operational skills

- Analytical and data-driven

- Excellent Communication
