About the job : GreedyGame is looking for a Growth Hacker to join its clan! You will be responsible for B2C marketing and user acquisition through organic media. Your central goal is to help acquire users and build awareness for the apps published by GreedyGame globally. What will be your responsibilities? 1. Responsible for complete growth funnel from user acquisition, activation, retention, referral to conversion 2. Drive user acquisition through organic activities on social media channels 3. Create a content engine that addresses user needs and drives the target audience 4. Create online campaigns to acquire users through various social media platforms. 5. Identify top channels and running organic experiments to drive growth 6. Work on ASO to ensure higher visibility 7. Propose new projects and work with the product team to create growth loops 8. Bring in creative ideas to attract users in large numbers 9. Brainstorm new and creative organic growth strategies. 10. Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement. What are we looking for? 1. 2+ years prior work experience in a startup, preferably an App Publishing company 2. 1-3 years of experience in organic advertising, App marketing and promotion 3. Demonstrated ability to growth hack in unique ways 4. Must be data-driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills 5. High degree of ownership in taking things to completion 6. Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
