Great Learning - Manager - Inside Sales (1-5 yrs)
- Responsible for sales of a global portfolio at Great Learning
- Leading a team of sales professionals and managers to achieve a given revenue target from one or more country
- Strategize and implement a robust sales pipeline
- Continuously monitor and train team to improve performance and conversions
- Handle escalations and improve customer experience
- Developing and working on analytics-driven sales dashboard which will help keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales pipeline
