Great Learning - Manager - Digital Marketing (2-8 yrs)
Great Learning is looking to hire a Marketing Ninja. The candidate must possess attributes to excel in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. This is a role which entails owning Product Marketing and Re-Marketing for Great Learning's program(s). We are looking for someone who excels at Digital Marketing and has a proven record of getting results and impacting organizations positively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Plan, design and manage execution of marketing for GL's program(s)
2. Lead digital marketing efforts for customer acquisition campaigns
3. Manage marketing campaigns at scale across multiple channels like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
4. Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Tech etc.) to manage large scale marketing campaigns
6. The measure, analyze and understand marketing metrics to drive marketing decisions
7. Own and Manage Re-marketing and Re-engagement to drive transactions from Old Leads
Desired Skills:
1. Qualification: B.Tech. from Tier 1/2 institutes (IITs/NIT/BITS etc.) a must. MBA is good to have, not necessary
2. Experience: Atleast 2 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing.
3. Competency: (Top 3)
- Go-getter attitude, take complete ownership of the targets
- Market intelligence around best practices & current trends
- Ability to work in close coordination with senior management on critical time-sensitive business initiatives
