About Us :

We are a bunch of learning junkies: obsessively-compulsively addicted to making meaningful learning happen and delivering learning outcomes! We are also totally sold on the idea that data is the new currency driving the world and data-driven analytics and automation determine survival and success. Our mission is to make all knowledge professionals data-proficient thus ensuring their success in the data and automation driven digital future (and yes, make the world a better place while we are at it).

Growth Story :

A brainchild of Mohan Lakhamraju and Hari Nair, Great Learning came about in mid-2013. Starting from a 4-member team, today we are 160+ strong and growing fast. We have created a network of 500+ expert faculty and mentors who help us deliver high quality blended learning experiences across 5 programs and six metros. Over last four years, we have delivered over 3,000,000 hours of impactful learning, had a 100x growth in learners, a 30x growth in revenue and we are just getting warmed up. We are leaders - our BABI program is ranked #1 in India 3 years in a row (sky shots) and this spot is very close to our hearts - we do everything in the box and out of the box to defend the crown. We love our programs and we feel immense pride every time our graduates crack new jobs, new promotions, new roles and start new divisions or startups - but we are never satisfied and will never stop!

Great Team :

This great team has alums from Stanford, Berkeley, MIT, IITs, Duke, MDI, IIMs, Great Lakes, NMIMS and MICA, who have worked with Tiger Global, Flipkart, Boston Consulting Group, Zipdial, Citi, SAP and P&G amongst others. Meet our leadership team :

- Mohan (aka Mr. Fixit): Mohan is the cofounder and CEO and spends most of his time dreaming up the future and setting impossible goals for us. He is a serial entrepreneur and ex-VC investor at Tiger Global and DFJ. He holds an MBA (Stanford), MS (UC Berkeley) and B.Tech (IIT Bombay).

- HKN (Hari Krishnan Nair aka UberNinja): Hari is the cofounder and heads the marketing, sales and alliances initiatives. Hari was the co-founder at iLabs, a marketing automation startup that he built and successfully sold and has an MBA from MDI Gurgaon.

- Arjun Nair (aka Lean Machine): Arjun leads the learning experience and operations, ensuring a wonderful and smooth learning experience. Arjun graduated from MIT Sloan (MBA), Duke University (MS) and Kerala University (B.Tech).

- Vinod (aka Pokerpurist): A passionate technology guru of multiple talents, Vinod spearheads our technology initiatives and builds our proprietary tech platform that powers our learning programs. Vinod holds a B.Tech from IIT Bombay, 7 years of experience at Stratify, followed by 4 years at Flipkart.

- Pankaj (aka BigBadBeancounter): Pankaj runs finance (i.e., cracks the whip) and manages the information support systems of the company. He is a management graduate from NMIMS Mumbai and is also an associate member of ICAI.

- Harish (aka Forest Gump): When he is not running and triathloning, Harish focuses on business development, launching new programs and people development. Harish earned an MBA from Kellogg, and an MS in Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

- Vineet (the Artsy Filmmaker): Vineet is an internationally recognized professional photographer and feature film director, he leads content strategy for us. Vineet completed his MBA from INSEAD and completed his masters from IIT Delhi.

Manager - Corporate Engagement

Roles & Responsibilities :

- As a part of Great Learning's Corporate Engagement team, lead the corporate outreach initiative in a territory / city.

- Identify, grow and manage relationships with leading corporates as Strategic Partners with the primary objective of getting firm commitments from companies to hire graduates

- Become a trusted partner for the corporate's upskilling & re-skilling needs, in terms of talent supply or any potential training offering

- Conceptualize and lead initiatives with Partners to create programs such as train & hire, scholarships, ackathons that open new distribution channels for Great Learning

- Creating job opportunities by working closely with Partners, understanding their requirements and mapping students and graduates to these requirements.

- Work closely with cross functional teams to create successful outcomes for partners and students

Desired Skills :

- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales/ account management role.

- Existing strong relationships with leaders within functions of human resource, recruitment, learning & development and training in large corporates & enterprises

- Gathers in-depth knowledge of client's business, organizational structure, and business processes to drive meaningful outcomes for partners

- Demonstrates strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills

- Should be a go-getter; great execution makes good ideas successful

- Should be passionate about ed-tech/education sector.
