- Successful candidates will build key partnerships with talent leaders to understand and deliver on business needs. - Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to resolve data and reporting challenges, including interpretation and quality. - Support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, advanced and predictive analytics. - Designs and maintains the HR Data Model and ensures that just one source of master data exists for each HR Process - Supports other HR Specialists by designing customized reports providing source data - Help Human Resources team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs. - Utilize technology and analytical tools to develop and analyse enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed. - Responsible for managing and maintaining the upkeep of all Human Resource Data and HRIS records Key Skills: - Good operational experience or knowledge with HR processes and systems related to core HR, recruiting, learning, performance management and overall people data - Reporting experience including knowledge of process and data usage. - Expertise in Microsoft excel and other tools for analysis - Ability to build strong working relationships with diverse client base, including senior leadership
