Great Learning - Finance Manager - CA (4-7 yrs)

As Manager- Finance
Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):
- Own, manage and scale finance and accounts operations
- Periodical closing of books of accounts including Annual Financial Statements
- Responsible for all the compliance requirements including TDS, Income Tax, GST etc.
- Lead all internal, statutory and special audits
- Management of Internal Control Systems commensurate with the growing business requirements
- Drive business process improvements with best industry practices
- Weekly/Monthly management reporting on certain critical aspects
- Lead AP, AR and business partnerships including new contracts
- Training other team members on new developments in the accounts and finance function
Experience
- 4+ years of post-CA work-ex
- Comfortable working in a small/challenging setup
- Strong accounting fundamentals
- GST implementation/handling experience
