The Role 1. Provide with taking interviews to fill all positions from entry to leadership level. 2. Build strong collaborative relationships with hiring managers by advising on job design, job descriptions and providing timely and high-quality support throughout the process. 3. Constantly improve and seek approaches to improve candidate experience. 4. Review Recruitment Packages coming from other recruiters for accuracy, adherence to Recruitment SOP, and quality of recruitment process. 5. Maintaining Recruitment Dashboard and doing the required analysis Talent Management 1. Devise methods to build recruitment capacity for hiring managers and recruiters across the organization. 2. Constantly analyze recruitment-related data such as recruitment speed/quality, satisfaction with recruitment/onboarding process, exit/stay interview feedback, retention and turnover analytics etc. and communicate results to relevant stakeholders for the purpose of improving talent acquisition and talent management within the organization. 3. Leverage technology for excellent candidate relationship management to discover and sustain cold/warm leads, referrals, and other potential prospects. Use Social Media as a sourcing and branding tool. 4. Contribute to HR/recruiting process improvement, best practices documentation, and continuous client support improvement. Requirements 1. Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. Good Experience of taking interviews on a daily basis. 3. Successful track record in filling difficult positions with stringent requirements with high quality hiring manager and applicant satisfaction. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet urgent deadlines 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills for a collaborative team environment 6. Ability and willingness to meet and exceed goals in all activities
