Roles and Responsibilities: - Plan, design and manage execution of marketing for Great Learning's programs - Measure, analyse and understand marketing metrics to drive marketing decisions - Shared Topline Ownership (along with sales) for Programs offered by Great Learning - Lead digital marketing efforts for customer acquisition campaigns, plan budgets and control costs to drive higher ROIs - Manage a team and own marketing campaigns at scale across multiple digital channels like google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. - Work closely with cross functional teams (Sales, Product, Tech etc.) to manage large scale marketing campaigns and impact business outcomes Desired Skills: - Go-getter attitude, take complete ownership of the targets - Market intelligence around best practices & current trends - Qualification: B.Tech. and MBA from a reputed institute is required - Experience: At least 4 years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing - Ability to work in close coordination with senior management on critical time sensitive
