Great Learning - Academic Operations Role - Technical Curriculum

Key Responsibilities for the Role :

- Work on creation of projects, case studies, question bank and other learning content for all the programs in Cloud Computing Domain

- Write technical blog/ create video content on new Cloud services offerings form AWS / Azure

- Provide support via ticketing system / email / live support sessions for our learners on technical queries

- Design curriculum as per the program requirements keeping an eye on outcomes of the program along with the needs of the client

- Work meticulously with the program office to provide any technical assistance to our learners related to our programs

- Learn and master new skills and grow as a subject matter expert for all the products in Cloud domain

Qualification & Skills Required:

- BE/BTech or equivalent in Computer Science

- Expertise in AWS - development, deployment with minimum 2 years of AWS project experience.

- Knowledge of other clouds - Azure & GCP

- Passion for technology

- Good learnability & communication skills

- Willing to work in the USA shift timings.
