Grayquest's business team builds the business on fintech platform that empowers our customer's fee payment and financing experience and enables the smooth flow of information/MIS and multiple analytical data cuts at account level and overall . Data is the lifeblood of fintech businesses and this talent will manage all the company's data. You will also learn a lot of the business, as this talent will also be responsible for calculating all the key business metrics for each team.

As part of Business Analytics , we are looking for a seasoned Analytics Professional to work closely with our Business team . You will work with the Business leadership team to streamline strategic initiatives, Improving efficiency at BAU level and improve operational processes & oversee some of our ongoing strategic cross-functional projects.

This is a full-time position based in Bangalore The preferred candidate will have strong business Analytics & operational excellence experience with a focus on ability to bring people together to add positive value and impact.

The Day-to-Day Activities:

- Coordinate internal resources and partner with cross-functional stakeholders for flawless execution of projects.

- Displays structured problem solving, application of right tools & techniques to solve open ended problems, Creates analytical solutions or frameworks independently for complex business problems and BAU

- Understand Business problems and come up with deep data backed solutions.

- Root cause analysis and Deep dive analysis of certain Business problems

- Running and maintaining the reporting system, presenting insights at a weekly /daily forum.

- Building templates, dashboards in Excel or on the intranet for operational and management reporting

- Data extraction as per business team request for Ad hoc analysis

- Business analysis and understanding

- Evaluating metrics to be tracked as per business goals, exploring other available metrics for deeper understanding of business performance

- Mentor Data analysts on day to day analysis and ups-killing

- Work in a fast-moving environment, across multiple projects with varying levels of complexity and detailing

The Must-Haves:

- 3-6 years working with large data sets and conducting quantitative analysis

- Strong understanding of Statistics and prior experience of building statistical models

- Excellent knowledge SQL and expert knowledge of data manipulation language such as Python

- Previous experience with working on customer funnels, retention

- Applied knowledge of most used techniques as well as many new / upcoming / niche analytics techniques

- Knowledge of business modelling and basic knowledge of financial metrics, would be a bonus

- Quick learner and ability to work in dynamic work environment

- Team player and comfortable interacting with people from multiple disciplines

- Established expertise in designing new dashboards, identifying the right metrics, layout; displays proficiency in building dashboards on UDP and Power BI using best practices and intuitive

- B Tech/BE in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed college (IITs/NIITs/DCE)

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products and tools like Tableau /Power Bi/Superset.
