- We are looking forward to hiring for the role of "Head - Tele Sales to join and spearhead our team in Mumbai. This is a leadership role and is core to our growth journey.

- We are looking for people who are passionate about what they do, build, motivate and manage a tele/ inside sales team, deliver on business targets and are ready to roll up their sleeves to support the growth of the organization.

Job Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities -

- Lead & manage the entire inside/ tele sales vertical of the organization which strives to deliver the business targets. Hire, train, cross skill & up skill and retain the best tele sales talent.

- Design the inside sales strategy, set business goals & drive execution to achieve these goals for your teams

- Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions

- Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners and business alliances

- Shortlist avenues of future growth and zero in on effective channels through structured data-driven experimentation
