As an ERM Coordinator within the Risk Management Department, you will support the Risk Manager on the following key activities :
- Coordinate with Risk Manager for effective implementation and roll-out of ERM framework
- Facilitate and encourage a robust risk culture across the organization, through cross-functional discussions on risks and response plans
- Consolidation of enterprise risk register by coordinating with risk officers of units and functions across the organization
- Support the Risk Manager in monitoring and review of key risks identified across units and functions, with associated response plans
- Present the assessment and progress of key risks, mitigation plans and related risk management processes to the Risk Manager monthly
- Procure structured and periodic risk reports for submission and presentation to senior management and governance committees
- Support risk officers and risk owners in the Companys risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and escalation processes
- Review and challenge identified risk events, issues, risk assessments and assumptions taken by risk owners
- Monitor and oversee periodic Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) reporting with appropriate escalation across the risk governance structure
- Share key insights on new and emerging risks basis change in business scenario or internal/external environment
- Support development of communications and training materials on risk management

Qualifications :
- Experience: 3-5 years in the pharmaceutical industry and/or manufacturing companies. Experience in risk management in pharmaceutical and/or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Sound understanding of leading risk management standards and regulatory requirements governing risk management
- Enterprise Risk, Audit or similar relevant Risk experience (essential)
- Staff management experience
- Knowledge of risk identification, mitigation, reporting and KRIs
- Highly competent communicator both written and verbal
- Skilled in analysis and assessments (essential)
- Skilled in reporting and visual presentation tools (essential)
Position level/ Reporting Structure : This person is a liaison for reporting findings and status to senior executives and/or the organization's board of directors/audit committee. The position reports to the Risk Manager of the Company.
