Grant Thornton - Senior/Lead Workday HCM Consultant

- Workday Certification with 6+ Years of implementation experience in the Workday Integration module

- Preferably, who has worked in Oracle Cloud HCM before migrating to Workday and has a fair knowledge of Oracle Cloud Core HR, ABS

- Be responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting Core HCM, the Time Tracking, and Absence plans in Workday.

- Strong knowledge in DATA Extraction and Loading in the Workday

- Building basic and sophisticated custom reports and extracting data requests

- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and Workday payroll interface

- Proven work experience in implementation Integration

- Workday report development, testing, and validation

- Design and implement requirements in the Workday HCM solution

- Participate in Global Workday Deployments

- Provide support for HR System upgrades and improvements to include prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation, and support model design.
