Grant Thornton - Consultant - Transfer Pricing (0-2 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Transfer pricing compliance and advisory reports, undertaking benchmarking analysis on licensed databases, legal submissions, business proposals, articles on legal / technical matters, etc.

- Assisting Transfer Pricing managers / team in various engagements incl. advisory services

- Participating in TP assessments, litigations, business meetings, Advanced pricing agreements programs (APAs)

- Working on multiple engagements involving international compliance, research, consulting and planning issues

- Advising Indian and foreign multinational companies on the tax implications of their operations

- Drafting proposals for engagements, respecting the expectations of our clients by feedback reviews etc.

- Ground level research incl. preparation of TP deliverables and working from scratch / base

Desired Profile:

- Qualified CA / MBA / M. Com

- 0-2 years of experience

- Good analytical skills and objective driven attitude

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

- Excellent / Good communication (oral and written)

- Multi-tasking skills (as will be required to work on multiple projects)

- Punctual, team player and open to learn new benchmarking databases

Skill Set: -

- Ability to understand and analyse financial statements of Indian and Foreign companies

- Ability to read, interpret and analyse Income Tax laws and Global transfer pricing guidelines

- Strong command over document standards to prepare Transfer pricing compliance and advisory reports, business proposals, articles on legal / technical matters, legal submissions, etc.
