Grant Thornton - Associate Director - Lead Advisory

Roles and responsibilities :

- Equity fund raising and M&A (cross border experience)

- Should have successful deal closure of at least (5-6 transactions)

- Sector experience of technology / IT services would be preferred.

- Should have very strong capabilities to execute transactions specifically forge relationships with the target, assess the business, engage with the management team, prepare IM, FM, teasers, explain the business to counterparties, manage expectations, valuations, closure experiences.

- Work closely with corporates, venture capitalists, private equities and other investors.

- Actively participate in thought-ware generation

- Lead actively Business Development Activities (Proposal Writing, POV creation, Industry Trends)

- Should have business development capabilities - identify companies, ability to cold calls, forge relationships, participate in BD meetings, ability to market etc.

Expected profile :

- Engineer plus MBA
