Gramophone is seeking passionate and enthusiastic people to join the team and grow with us and become the most loved Agri-tech start-up in the country (Website link: www.gramophone.in) Job Description : - Lead the development and implementation of the Marketing and Communications strategy in alignment with Gramophone's Strategic Plan and translate this strategy into marketing activation and communications programs, and tactics that will enhance the brand image, drive engagement to increase brand awareness, and utilize a broad range of traditional and non- traditional channels - Work in conjunction with the Sales Teams to develop campaigns that will achieve desired results, while managing costs. This position is required to complete a post review on each campaign with recommendations - Devise and execute marketing strategies to drive organic customer acquisition on mobile apps - Conceptualize and execute viral campaigns on social media to spread awareness for mobile app. Work with sales team for implementing on-field campaign and increasing reach to farmers - Drive and own App Store optimization to maximize organic app downloads from the App Store. Monitor user ratings and reviews on the Appstore. Work with customer support and tech teams to resolve issues faced by farmers. Drive strategies to improve and maintain high ratings for our app across App Store - Provide oversight to ensure high quality Marketing, Communications and brand management including but not limited to brand building, print publications, web and other online communications, media/ public relations, and social media - Partner with senior leaders and business units to develop brand positioning and messaging in support of the Marketing and Communications strategy, recognize internal and external communications opportunities and define and execute appropriate strategies to support them - Regularly advise on media perceptions, public relations issues, marketing strategies, and effective messaging to minimize reputational risk Skills Required : - Managed full cycle digital campaigns (preferred) - Proven experience in app-based startup - Demonstrated experience in planning and executing SEO as well as paid campaigns - Someone with " Growth" mindset - Solid knowledge of online tools and platforms
