Position : Area Business Manager

- Gramophone is one stop solution for all kinds of inputs for the farmers. Farmers can buy genuine crop protection, crop nutrition, seeds, implements and Agri hardware at their doorstep.

Farmers can access localized package of practice, crop advisory, and weather information coupled with the best products to grow. This will improve the productivity and help farmers sustainably increase the income from agriculture.

Job Description :

1. Identifying key crops, key products and brands and target farmers to focus in assigned business area

2. Building and managing a team of 3 to 4 territory managers, and an overall field force of 20-35 people

3. Maintaining customer relationships, increasing app downloads, increasing leads, meeting sales targets

4. Planning and Conducting marketing activities like farmer meeting, Farmer contacts, field days on regular basis

5. Maintaining relationship with local channel partners and manufacturing companies executives

6. Training & development of sales executives and territory managers

7. Self-motivated to reconcile Stock management, Cash management (Collection compilation, Deposition in company account) for self and team without fail

8. Planning and executing key marketing activities in the assigned region to increase customer base and app downloads

Skills Required :

- Proven experience of managing a large team

- Proven track record of increasing sales / revenue / customer base is preferred

- Ability to plan and execute sales strategies

- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skill, and ability to convince team-mates and potential consumers

- Organizational, Managerial and Leadership ability

- Team Player & Problem-solving aptitude

- A self- starter and require minimal supervision

- Advanced skills in mobile application uses

- Ability to travel with driving skills is a must

- Other Agribusiness Colleges/ having experience in agri input industry
