Chief Technology Officer - NCR/Bengaluru/Mumbai (WFH) (5Years+ Experience) (IIT/NIT/IIIT/BITS)

- This role is for our Fintech startup, started by an alumni of IIT Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur & ISB, that wants to specifically cater to the people of tier-2/3 & beyond. Currently, the startup is in the MVP building stage and has already validated the idea from different stakeholders' point of view.

- As we are at pre-seed stage here and are trying to launch our first product. In such circumstances, the CTO will practically be the sole engineer that should be ready to build the digital product architecture without much third-party help and remains the main specialist to implement it. Data security, QA management, and deployment issues will also be his/her responsibility.

- Though in the short-term the focus is to complete the MVP as soon as possible but the CTO is expected to take decisions keeping long-term scale in mind.


- Hence, it's crucial for the applicants to have prior experience in building and launching B2C/B2B/B2B2C app(s) &/or Web Portals.

Compensation : Currently the compensation will only have equity part. Hence, we are looking for serious contenders who really want to bring change and are not afraid to get their hands dirty.

PS : Having a degree from a top tier college is not mandatory if you talk sense and have relevant experience and mindset.
