GramFactory is looking to add a Marketing Manager to its fast growing team in Gurugram. - The candidate will be responsible for ideating and implementing plans/campaigns to drive both awareness and sales at retail stores in our PepperTap franchise store network. - Additionally, the person will be the brand custodian for both PepperTap and GramFactory. The responsibilities will include: 1. Conceptualizing and implementing high ROI marketing campaigns for new franchise store launches. 2. Ideating and implementing promotional campaigns for driving sales at our Franchise stores. 3. Managing relationships with various vendors related to marketing campaigns 4. Ensuring that our brands PepperTap and GramFactory are represented appropriately at our franchise stores. 5. Updating the management team periodically with the performance parameters of various campaigns etc. - The role will be based at our office in Gurugram, but the person will be expected to spend considerable time on the field as part of the implementation of marketing campaigns.
