Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Own/Drive the core objective of Customer Experience across Inbound and Outbound customer channels including social media channels. - Be the voice of the customer in the leadership team working closely with product, marketing and engineering teams to implement insights and product improvements to continuously improve customer experience. - Review team and business performance statistics to determine and document areas that may need improvement. - Recruit, train and build professional development plans for the customer facing teams. - Establish formal service level agreements for commitments to internal and external stakeholders, and iteratively improve upon delivery standards. - Work closely with sales to set up a process to manage the website chat and ensure maximum lead conversion - Work with Student Success team to take feedback received from various channels and ensure required interventions are undertaken - Review and improvise existing policies to scale up on existing quality standards Desired Skills &amp; Experience: - Any graduate, post-graduation would be an added advantage - 8 - 10 years of experience in online B2C customer support roles. - Ability to build and manage large teams - Ability to design processes around customer experience to create customer delight. - Problem Solving &amp; strong communication skills - Ability to take ownership &amp; drive for closures with the defined SLAs Reporting Structure: This role will be reporting into the CEO/ Co-Founder of Gradeup
