Role and Responsibility 1. Creating Internal brand campaigns along with the internal design team and external agencies. End to end planning and execution of the full campaign. Creating a marketing calendar for the year 2. Internal Branding - You'll need to make a compelling story using faculty promotion, student testimonials, result promotions, and product features to ensure every good deed we do is highlighted 3. Closely working with the category team on all seminars, workshops, conclaves, scholarship exams, university collaborations, etc. Also, working on a particular Exam Category Branding 4. Working on Sales, Promotions, Festive offers for the brand 5. Closely working with the HR team on Employer and employee branding 6. Creating new internal Gradeup and Goprep IPs and also maintaining and building the existing properties What You'll Need : 1. A degree in Marketing and Branding, Mass Communication, Engineering or MBA from Tier I college 2. 3-5 years of work experience as a Brand Manager with Digital Brands 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Analytical approach to problems 5. Experience in producing high quality and good impact digital campaigns 6. Willingness to handle ad hoc projects with quick TATs 7. Ability to manage high-pressure situations 8. Working with multiple stakeholders and teams for smooth execution of your project
