What You'll Do : 1. Plan, strategize &amp; streamline operations along with Academics Head for Program team to drive content strategy, community growth (Both YT &amp; App), course planning &amp; launches 2. Lead a diverse team of Program Managers (10+ members) spread across different exam categories such as SSC, Banking, Teaching -TET, UGC-NET, MBA, LAW, Civil Services, Defense &amp; State PCS Exams 3. Working closely with Academics head to chalk out &amp; implement exams specific strategies 4. Own key metrics for a team (with direct &amp; indirect reports) of 200+ employees such as driving Course NPS, Exam Category Revenue (Test series &amp; courses) 5. Along with Program Managers, plan &amp; streamline faculty operations (for 150+ faculty members) thus driving growth for free sessions, engagement &amp; retention metrics 6. Collaborating with other teams such as Growth, Marketing, Category &amp; Product team to drive top-line growth for each exam category 7. Market Landscaping and understanding best practices in academics and adopting them to improvise on Gradeup's value proposition for students 8. Mentor team members towards automation, improvise on productivity levels and create a culture of meritocracy. What You'll Need : 1. 6-8 years of experience, with 5+ years in streamlining &amp; leading operations in an internet company having high growth trajectory 2.
