What You'll Do: 1. Create clear compelling copy for various mediums (push notifications, emails, SMS, email notifications) 2. Work closely with Category Managers and Program managers 3. Manage end to end campaigns and engage customers through relevant communications 4. Create relevant customer segments, analyze trends and prioritize campaigns 5. Increase user growth across platforms 6. Provide messaging and channel understanding to internal stakeholders 7. Working on marketing tools like Clevertap / MoEngage / WebEngage What We Need: 1. Exp required: 2+ years 2. Required: Knowledge of WebEngage, Clevertap, Netcore, or MoEngage is a must. 3. Proficient in Excel and HTML 4. Knowledge of SQL will be desirable 5. Should be analytical, detail-oriented and organized 6. General understanding of the ed-tech landscape and trends will be desirable 7. Preferred: a good working understanding of javascript/using API endpoints
